Return Policy

Buyers pay for the return shipping of the return goods. If the goods do not return in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

We ship paintings via DHL Express. Delivery usually takes about 5-9 business days. Please note that the delivery time is counted from the moment the artist completes the drawing.
If the gold frame is damaged during transportation, but the painting remains intact, we will refund you the cost of the gold frame.
In case of damage to the painting during transportation, please contact me within 14 days by e-mail juliakotenkoart@gmail.com.
